When will treats arrive?

Please choose your delivery date via the calendar above.

If ordering to a London address, your treats will be dispatched via same-day courier to arrive between 10am and 2pm on your chosen delivery day.

If you are ordering to an address outside of London, your order will be dispatched via overnight courier to arrive between 9am-6pm on your chosen delivery date.

Very occasionally there may be unexpected delays with the courier due to factors outside our control. Please see our T&Cs for further information.

Please ensure someone is able to accept the delivery at your address and the correct recipient details are inputted at checkout. We cannot issue refunds for rejected deliveries, issues with access, incorrect addresses or no-one at address.

What's the cost of delivery?

If ordering to a London location, a £20 delivery fee will be added at checkout.

If ordering to a location outside of London, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

Your treats will be made fresh to order and best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery. If you are storing treats, please do so in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Airtight containers are recommended for optimum freshness.

How it works

Our creative team will review the assets you've provided (logo, website URL and any brand guidelines) and decide how to best bring your brand to life in biscuit form. We do this through a combination of coloured matched icing and logo stamping.

Colour-matching

We pride ourselves on our colour matching skills (check out our Instagram for more examples of our work) and we have very happy customers. However please do bear in mind that we produce colours by hand and eye rather than digitally, therefore we can't guarantee a 100% match. It's also worth noting that some colours that work digitally aren’t achievable with food (for example, neons). Our team will get in touch with you if there are any potential issues with your colour scheme. Please also note that we colour match in a bright, naturally lit bakery and cannot predict how colours will look in other lighting.

Logo Stamping

We charge a one-off £15 fee for the creation of your bespoke biscuit stamp. You are welcome to use this stamp for ongoing orders and will be issued a discount code to use against subsequent online orders to remove the stamp creation fee.

Though the vast majority of logos look amazing on a stamped biscuit, some logos are not well-suited to stamping. Our team will get in touch with you if there are any potential issues with your logo to recommend some alternative options.

Please note - the logo will be stamped onto coloured icing and will not itself feature any colour.
