Delivery options and costs

Please read each product description carefully to confirm whether postal or courier delivery applies.

Delivery costs may or may not be included in the listed product price – this will be clearly stated on the product page.
📮 Postal Treats – Nationwide Delivery
Many of our products are available for nationwide delivery via post. These items are carefully packaged and sent via APC using their range of delivery services.

We aim to dispatch in line with your preferred delivery date.

Postal deliveries typically arrive between 9am–5pm.

Please note that while APC aims to deliver within set timeframes, these are not guaranteed. Factors such as postal volumes or transport disruptions may occasionally cause delays outside our control. We’re unable to take responsibility for such delays.
If you’re ordering for a time-sensitive occasion or event, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery date the day before your event to allow for any unexpected delays.
🏙️ Couriered Treats – London Only
Some of our more delicate treats are available for London delivery only and are delivered by hand via our trusted courier partners.

Deliveries are scheduled to arrive between 10am–2pm on your selected date.

If your treats have not arrived by 2pm, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

While we aim for timely arrival, traffic and other external factors may occasionally impact delivery.
- If your event takes place within our delivery window (9am–2pm), we recommend selecting a delivery date the day before your event where possible. Please contact us to confirm whether your chosen treats are suitable for overnight storage.
Couriered deliveries are made to reception unless otherwise instructed at the time of booking or redirected upon arrival (e.g. to a dedicated deliveries area).
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions and to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
If no one is available to accept the delivery or we are denied entry to the building, we reserve the right to leave the premises. In this case, we cannot guarantee redelivery and will not be able to provide a refund.
🌍 International & Special Deliveries
We may be able to arrange deliveries further afield, including internationally. Please contact us directly to discuss your request – we’ll be happy to provide a quote if fulfilment is possible.
✉️ Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact hello@cakedrop.london with at least 5 working days’ notice.

We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or for late changes to address details.
🍰 Damaged Deliveries
While we take every care in packaging and transport, please notify us immediately if your treats arrive damaged beyond what can reasonably be expected during transit.

If we agree the damage is significant, we’ll offer a refund or replacement for the affected items.
