How it works

Our creative team will review the assets you've provided (logo, website URL and any brand guidelines) and decide how to best bring your brand to life through colour-matched decorations.

Colour-matching

We pride ourselves on our colour matching skills (check out our Instagram for more examples of our work) and we have very happy customers. However please do bear in mind that we produce colours by hand and eye rather than digitally, therefore we can't guarantee a 100% match. It's also worth noting that some colours that work digitally aren’t achievable with food (for example, neons). Our team will get in touch with you if there are any potential issues with your colour scheme. Please also note that we colour match in a bright, naturally lit bakery and cannot predict how colours will look in other lighting.

Samples

If you'd like to see a sample of your branded fortune cookies prior to ordering, we charge a £25 sample fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss.

Branded ribbon

If you've opted for custom ribbon, please note that logos and messages can only be printed in a single colour. Please upload your logo or custom message in a single colour.

If you have any concerns regarding allergies or intolerances, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Ingredient and allergen information will also be included on the packaging of your treats when delivered. Please ensure this information is read prior to consumption.

When will treats arrive?

Please choose your delivery date via the calendar above. Your order will be dispatched via overnight courier to arrive between 9am-6pm on your chosen delivery date.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched from CakeDrop and on its way with the courier. Very occasionally the couriers can be delayed due to factors outside our control. Please see our full T&Cs for further information on delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

A delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

Your treats will be made fresh to order and best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery. If you are storing treats, please do so in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Airtight containers are recommended for optimum freshness.
