How branding works

It's not possible to colour-match candy floss. However your can choose one or two pastel colour shades that best represent your brand or event (or that simply catch the eye) and brand up your tubs with logos.

If you'd like to see a sample of your branded candy floss prior to ordering, we charge a £25 sample fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss.

Although we have robust allergen control processes in place, we operate from a kitchen that handles allergens.

Although we offer variants that are made without gluten ingredients, our products are not certified gluten-free as we work in kitchen that handles gluten. Where gluten free is mentioned on the website, this refers to products that are made without gluten ingredients.

Allergen information will also be included on the packaging of your treats when delivered. Please ensure this information is read prior to consumption. Full ingredients lists can be found here.

When will treats arrive?

Please choose your delivery date via the calendar above. Your order will be dispatched via overnight courier to arrive between 9am-6pm on your chosen delivery date.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched from CakeDrop and on its way with the courier. Very occasionally the couriers can be delayed due to factors outside our control. Please see our full T&Cs for further information on delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

A delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

Your candy floss will be made fresh to order and we recommend enjoying it on the day of delivery. Please be aware that shrinkage can occur over time. Should you wish to order for delivery the day before of your event, please store your candy floss in a cool and dry place as humidity and heat will accelerate shrinkage.
