How it works

Our creative team will review the assets you've provided (logo, website URL and any brand guidelines) and decide how to best bring your brand to life in treat form. We do this through a custom combination of coloured matched icing and decorations, finished off with edible logo toppers.

Colour-matching

We pride ourselves on our colour matching skills (check out our Instagram for more examples of our work) and we have very happy customers. However please do bear in mind that we produce colours by hand and eye rather than digitally, therefore we can't guarantee a 100% match. It's also worth noting that some colours that work digitally aren’t achievable with food (for example, neons). Our team will get in touch with you if there are any potential issues with your colour scheme. Please also note that we colour match in a bright, naturally lit bakery and cannot predict how colours will look in other lighting.

Logo toppers

These are 100% edible, as well as both gluten free and vegan.

If you'd like to see a sample of your branded treats prior to ordering, we charge a £25 sample fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss.

Although we have robust allergen control processes in place, we operate from a kitchen that handles allergens.

Although we offer variants that are made without gluten ingredients, our products are not certified gluten-free as we work in kitchen that handles gluten. Where gluten free is mentioned on the website, this refers to products that are made without gluten ingredients.

If you have any concerns regarding allergies or intolerances, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Allergen information will also be included on the packaging of your treats when delivered. Please ensure this information is read prior to consumption. Full ingredients lists can be found here.

When will treats arrive?

Please choose your delivery date via the calendar above. Your treats will be dispatched via same-day courier to arrive between 10am and 2pm on your chosen delivery day. Very occasionally there may be unexpected delays with the courier due to traffic and other factors outside our control. Please see our T&Cs for further information.

Please ensure someone is able to accept the delivery at your address and the correct recipient details are included at checkout. We cannot issue refunds for rejected deliveries.

What's the cost of delivery?

A £20 delivery fee will be added at checkout

Delivery area

Due to the delicate nature of this product, delivery is within London only. You'll be asked to enter your postcode at checkout. Looking for treats that can be delivered nationwide? Visit our shop.

Your treats will be made fresh to order and we recommend enjoying them on the day of delivery. However they will be fine stored in a cool dry place overnight if you require delivery the day before your event.
